• How do I use my VIC discount online?

o   To get your VIC discount, use your 4-digit VIC card code and your phone number as your VIC promocode (010XXXXXX-XXXX) at checkout.

• What if my VIC code is not working?

o   If you’re having any trouble using your VIC code online, please call dstore customer service at  01113663677  from Sunday to Thursday (9am to 5pm). We would be more than happy to assist you!

dstore VIC membership T&Cs:

o   If the customer’s purchases for the last 2 years are between 75,000 L.E to 150,000, the customer is eligible for a 5% discount. - From 150,000 L.E to 250,000 L.E, the customer is eligible for a 7% discount. - From 250,000 L.E to 450,000 L.E the customer is eligible for a 10% discount. - From 450,000 L.E and above, the customer is eligible for a 15% discount.

• For the customers to be able to maintain their discount %, they need to spend at least the minimum required spending that would qualify them for their current tier within 2 years (Based on their date of purchase), or else, they will be downgraded to the lower tier.
• The discount is applicable only on full priced items.
